Shipping policy
The customer placed and paid for an online order on February 13, 2026 for in-store pickup.
The order was prepared and made available for pickup at the merchant’s location.
An order confirmation email was sent to the customer at the time of purchase, confirming the order details and pickup arrangement.
The customer did not arrive to collect the order and did not contact the merchant to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund prior to filing the chargeback.
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, the arrangement could not be restocked or resold after preparation.
The merchant fulfilled their obligation by preparing the order and making it available for pickup.
We respectfully request that this dispute be reversed.
